Order processing time:
You can be sure that each of our pieces of furniture that you get will be made especially for you. You have the opportunity to choose the color, finish. Therefore, the standard delivery time takes us from 5 to 8 weeks.
Delivery:
Delivery includes delivery directly to the indicated address. The protected piece of furniture is delivered on a pallet. The courier does not bring the furniture to the apartment/house. Before the arrival of the courier, a phone call is made to the Customer with information about the delivery. For an additional fee, you can specify an exact range of delivery hours or purchase a deposit service. For this purpose, after placing an order, please send an e-mail with this information with the given order number: biuro@desiva.pl
Our furniture is delivered in full. They do not require any assembly. They have a wall-mounting option.
